For any question about data processing, you can reach me at that email at any time.

Contact form: the name and company, email address and message content you voluntarily submit.

Technical data: when you visit the site, usage data may be processed with your consent through analytics and marketing tools (see the Cookie Policy).

I use the form data solely to reply to you and discuss your project. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps, respectively my legitimate interest in handling your inquiry.

Analytics and marketing are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Form emails are delivered by Resend. With your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) may be used.

These providers may process data outside the EU; in that case appropriate GDPR safeguards apply.

I keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up communication, then delete it unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Cookie consent lasts at most 12 months, or until you withdraw it.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time.

If you believe the processing is not compliant, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
